Out for a run and I was thinking of some word we tend to use that keep us from pushing forward! I also took some pictures and was excited to see my bicep is growing! Uploaded a video also!! Ok so I have to figure out how to do the video without it cutting off! My brother has this to say! True people rise or fall to whatever standards they set for themselves.
